I cannot say enough good things about the work Karol did!  She successfully got us removed from a flood zone so that we no longer needed to pay $5,000 in flood insurance per year (not counting premium increases in the coming years!)  She answered all of my many questions throughout the process, and took the time to make sure we understood exactly where we were at.  Everything worked out exactly as she said it would.  She clearly knows what she is doing and I would recommend her to anyone who believes their house is incorrectly listed in a flood zone. – a 5 star rating from Tim A.
